Builders Mortgage Company is an asset based lender that specializes in loans to licensed, experienced residential contractors and developers.
We work to meet the needs of all sizes of Builders up to the largest builder in our market.
We will consider model or spec home loans depending on your experience, financial strength and the location of the job.
We offer Lien Waiver Payments to Builders for payment of their subcontractors and suppliers with 1099 reporting provided.
 

Loan Requirements:
 
Licensed
  Incorporated, LLC, or LLP (in good standing)
  Experienced
    2 years financial statements (company and personal)
    2 years tax returns (company and personal)
  Plat map for lots to be acquired
  Detail price list by lot
  Copy of purchase agreement with Developer
  Lots must be permit ready
  Estimated absorption
